This online walk and trot pony dressage test is for young riders and ponies progressing from walk-only work. It is suitable for beginners who are learning to ride simple transitions, maintain a straight line and complete a basic dressage test.
Your rosette and prizes (depending on sponsors and placing) are posted in the following month.

Which test do I ride?
We use very easy walk-trot dressage tests for our young riders, and all our tests are ready for download after entry. Please contact us if you wish to the the exact test.
What movements are included?
The test includes walk, working trot in a straight line, walk–trot–walk transitions and a halt, plus any additional easy movements listed on the test sheet.
What size arena is required?
The page specifies a 20 x 40 metre arena.
Do I need to submit a video?
Yes. The complete test must be filmed and submitted for judging.
How will I receive my feedback?
Your judge’s protocol is sent by email after the videos have been assessed.
Can I enter if I am a beginner?
Yes, this test is aimed at riders and ponies progressing from walk-only work, and we love to have a person walking next to you if you feel a little insecure😊
Will my name appear in the results?
We will mention the riders first name, as well as the pony’s name. On request, we will only publish initials.
