Compulsory Test (BEV Squad test 1 – to be performed by all vaulters):

1. Unassisted vault on into pike position
2. Basic seat
3. Flag
4. Stand
5. Swing forward
6. Half mill
7. Swing backwards and dismount to the inside

Freestyle: As per current BEV Vaulting regulations.
