How do you compete
in the EquiMind Online Show?
You compete with your horse without having to travel with a wide choice of classes in 10 different equestrian disciplines.
1.
CHOOSE YOUR FAVOURITE CLASS(ES)
We offer 10 different equestrian disciplines with the choice of competing in a video/photo class. If you simply want valuable feedback on your skills, you can enter with a training entry – this will give you plenty of detailed feedback but no rosette or prize.
2.
GET A COPY OF THE TEST SHEET(S)
You can view all test sheets on our App or ask us for a copy by mailing us – [email protected]
3.
PRACTISE THE TEST(S)
Take your time to practise! Take a few practise videos as these will give you already valuable feedback and an idea on how to ensure that your home setting is perfect. Make sure that you and your horse are visible at all times if you are working with a camera on a tripod. You don’ t have to memorise the tests since we allow callers for all classes.
4.
TAKE YOUR VIDEO(S)/PHOTO(S)
Videos must be filmed in landscape format and in one take – no edited videos will be accepted. Unless noted in the test sheet, the video camera has to be positioned at the letter “C” of the arena.
5.
ENTER YOUR VIDEO(S)/PHOTO(S)
We offer monthly qualifying shows, and you can enter any time of the month, as long as you find enough time to submit your video(s)/photos(s) no later than the last day of the month.
6.
SUBMIT YOUR VIDEO(S)/PHOTO(S)
Send your video(s)/photo(s) to [email protected], or submit via the App or website no later than the last day of the month of your entry.
7.
RESULTS
Our qualified judges get to work, and we will start publishing first results on the 5th day of the new month via Social Media and the website.
8.
CHAMPIONSHIP QUALIFICATION & RIDER LEAGUE
All riders in the top 6 places of every class across all disciplines qualify for the EquiMind Summer/Winter Championship, while all riders in the top 10 places of every class will gain points in the Summer/Winter League where additional prizes are awarded as part of the Championship.
