Early on

Planning an event, whether it is a festivity or a club event, is always key, and we suggest a minimum of three months for smaller and six months for big events. get in touch, and we can help you with your planning.

Just before

Should you run into trouble with the numbers of competitors and ordered score sheets, prizes. etc., a few days before the event, we can help you with an express parcel. If you are suddenly left without a judge, let us know, and we might be able to send someone, or offer you life judging via video link.

During and after

Have all the prizes and score sheets ready at hand, since competitors are usually very keen to hear about their achievements. And, very important, make sure to celebrate all competitors, and not just the first places!
